Payment  may  be  submitted  by  credit card,  internet cheque,  or  special arrangement.  Credit  card  payment  is  available  to  anyone  with  a  valid Visa  or  MasterCard.  Internet  cheque  payment  can  be  made  by  anyone with a Canadian or U.S.A. bank, checking account.  Special  arrangement payment  may  be  negotiated  by  eMail request.  

        Customer submission of payment confirms customer acknowledgement that PRISM PORTAL reserves the right to refuse, suspend, delete, or cancel, , any application or material or account that the PRISM PORTAL management deems unacceptable, , whether because of being culturally or otherwise offensive, obscene, unlawful, illicit, or pornographic, and when necessary, to persue appropriate legal action in the respective court of law.

        Except where personally distributed by PRISM PORTAL representatives, all billing and account statements shall be by eMail only and are due and payable on receival thereof.  Bills remaining unpaid for 14 days, are in arrears and may incur late fees and service suspension.
