COST  PER  MONTH - $33CDN - provides all of the features detailed herein following without additional charge.  The first month's hosting fee is included in the one time set-up charge and, thereafter, unless you up-grade your hosting package or select additional services, you'll continue to pay only $33CDN per month.  

ONE-TIME SET-UP - $99CDN - initiates establishment of your PRISM PORTAL hosted web presence, beginning with the processing of your order, the creation of your chosen web address, the design and posting of your home page, and eMail notification of the completion and availability thereof.  Additionally, the one-time set-up fee includes the first month's hosting charge.

SECURE  PAYMENT - provides privacy, security, and customer freedom to personally up-date, change, suspend, or cancel payment arrangements at any time, without the release of any personal credit information to PRISM PORTAL.

FEATURES

ADDRESS - DOMAIN NAME - www.YOURCHOICE.com is an internationally registered, globally accessible, search engine and ecommerce compatible, unique website address that provides an effective internet presence, whether for profit or pleasure, personal or business, leisure or life's work endeavour.  Your domain name may be accessed with or without the "www." prefix and, subject to availability, shall consist of your choice of 67 or less alphanumeric characters, followed by your preferred suffix.   

WEB  SPACE - 100 megabytes - is sufficient for four hundred or more graphically illustrated or four thousand or more text pages and is expandable on request.

Band Width & Data Transfer - unlimited - in other words, there is no additional charge, regardless of the quantity or frequency of visitors to your web site pages.

eMAIL ADDRESSES - 25 - yourchoice@youraddress.com  Additional eMail addresses may be obtained by request at a cost of $5CDN each, per month, and a one time set-up fee of $7CDN;  if you require more than two additional eMail addresses, PRISM PORTAL recommends up-grading your hosting package; details of our expanded hosting packages with increased space and additional eMail addresses, are available on request.

eMAIL FORWARDS - 25 - eMail addressed to yourchoice@youraddress.com is forwarded to you@yourisp.com;  you have the option of utilizing these twenty-five eMail forwards in direct correspondence with the 25 eMail addresses listed herein preceeding, , so that each of the personalized eMail addresses is forwarded to you@yourisp.com or, , you may choose to use these eMail forwards as separate eMail identities forwarded to the eMail address of your choice.

SUB-DOMAINS - none - the registered domain name provided in this PRISM PORTAL hosting package, does not include sub-domains;  sub-domains may be obtained by request, at a cost of $7CDN per month per sub-domain;  otherwise, design inclusion of Title Pages can provide equivalent access convenience without additional charge.  To explain, www.fotos.youraddress.com is a sub-domain address example for an on-line foto collection, and www.youraddress.com/fotos is an example of a Title Page address that provides identical access to the same website content without the otherwise required expense of establishing a domain name.

HOME  PAGE - FREE - submit your information and/or sketches and graphics, and whatever design preference instructions and without charge, PRISM PORTAL shall prepare a custom home-page design proposal for your approval, alteration, or rejection and re-design requirements.  Keep in mind that all additional pages of your website, shall follow the same color scheme and design layout as you choose for your home-page.  If your web site merely requires transferal to PRISM PORTAL's servers, you'll receive up to one hour of transfer time entirely FREE.

HIT  COUNTER - YES - PRISM PORTAL provides a home page design co-ordinated hit counter and positions that counter on your preference of one or all of your website pages to monitor page specific or site inclusive, cumulative page hits.  Design and installation of additional counters may be subject to hourly  web design  fees.

MAINTENANCE - FREE - PRISM PORTAL maintains comprehensive system backup files and performs emergency file restoration at no charge to the customer.  Address, telephone, fax, and eMail contact information and copyright notations are maintained and updated without additional charge, on receival of your request.
